By using weldingOS you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Service Description

weldingOS is a SaaS platform offering tools for welder training (WeldUP) and welding document management (Weld Manager Pro). The service is accessible via monthly or annual subscription.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You may cancel at any time before renewal to avoid further charges. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Current rates are listed on the Pricing page.

Free trial: all plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.

4. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, email support@weldingos.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt unauthorised access to any systems
• Share your credentials with third parties
• Reverse-engineer the platform

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on the platform are owned by weldingOS or its licensors. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". weldingOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous month.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms with at least 30 days' notice by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Italian court.
